It’s everywhere, in our favourite toys, in our schools and in the computer used to write this. Everywhere, there is plastic. Plastic helps us in many ways; it helps us by providing a cheap way to make products that improve our lives.

Plastic has helped us in the transportation, energy and medicine industries, but what many are blind to is that plastic hurts more than it helps. Plastic is destroying our atmosphere and killing many plants and animals essential to our food chain. There is still hope for us though, we can help our by choosing to not use plastic in our everyday lives and gradually we will remove that barrier blocking us from seeing how much our world needs our help. Think about this, what matters more to you, which could you not live without, plastic or our environment.
